Perfection in Love Fulfills All

How many struggle through life over supposed opinions that they perceive others hold over them? Or why do some dwell on “what was done to them” in their past and get stuck there unable to move forward with life at this moment? Why do we even allow such to matter or hold substance in our thoughts when the only thing that truly matters is that God has already established the foundation for all that is to remain fixed or established in the earth?

“Forever, O Lord, your word is firmly fixed in the heavens. Your faithfulness endures to all generations; you have established the earth, and it stands fast. (Psalm 119:89,90 ESV) We have a more sure word of prophecy to speak into our lives.
So to allow one’s past to dictate to them who they are today seems rather foolish does it not? Why hang onto such? Why not place it at the foot of the Cross and let it go. What Jesus did at the Cross already has covered such

Jesus stated that the Kingdom of God already exists within us; a kingdom that cannot be shaken. “Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe” (Hebrews 12:28)

So how is it that we make allowances for the transient to prevail, direct and control our lives when all that matters and shall remain is that which God deems eternal and fixed within His Word?

“See that you do not refuse him who is speaking. For if they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, much less will we escape if we reject him who warns from heaven. At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, “Yet once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.” This phrase, “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of things that are shaken—that is, things that have been made—in order that the things that cannot be shaken may remain”.

So let me ask you what really matters in your life? Are you allowing “vain imaginations” to “shake you up” in the transient circumstances and to take root? These then become strongholds that will keep you at a stalemate if you allow them to.

People are never your enemy nor are their actions directed toward you to ever determine who they are in your perception. The only response on your or my part is to love them as God loves them and that is without partiality. Forgiveness in love will cover a multitude of instances where we may fail to measure up in one another’s eyes. Love is always a pure choice. It is not a feeling or emotion subject to circumstances. Where it is with held from another, there forms a root of bitterness to take hold and one creates the consequences that follow.

Stand fast therefore in the liberty to which you are called to in Christ. Don’t give in and submit again to a yoke of bondage and slavery.

We can choose to destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ, being ready to punish every disobedience that forms in our thoughts “before” it becomes a step that is taken. This is our obedience that makes our life complete. Do you realize what ” a sense of lack is? It is the sense of absence that surfaces where any part of our life is not allowed to be perfected in love. This realization is so simple yet it so readily alludes us, does it not?

Look at what is before your eyes. Live to love that you may fully live; will you thus choose? Love fully “as” you look and “before” you leap. When anyone measures themselves by another or compares themselves with another, they are without understanding. There is only one measuring stick or standard and that being what God has established in the heavens in His Word. This may we walk out fully in the earth.

“See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are”. May each of us choose to walk as a child of God; true to who we are in God’s eyes, as we walk out life with one another.

Where Heaven and Earth Do Meet

A high place between two realities is where we are called of God to stand. It is where the lines for the battle are truly drawn. You may not seem to be able to discern in this moment of just where this is of what I speak. That is okay, just stay or come with me. For it is a place to which we never can say we have arrived at, for it is the very place for which our soul is destined to attain and it is who we are to become and forever aspire to press into. It is in the crushing and the pressing that life brings us that we discover what we are made of.

It is where the presence of God declares to you and I “I’m jealous for you. I long for what is inside of you”. This place between two realities; between the natural and the physical, is where you and I are a manifestation of what happens when heaven and earth meet, when flesh and Holy Spirit meet and what happens when God brings the two together and a shift in the atmosphere takes place; one that we can only but give full sway to. Are you experiencing this right now, this week or perhaps such is merely beginning to unfold within you and you don’t even know where to begin to find the words to even come close to saying “what this is? But you are willing to go with this nevertheless because the Lord is working in us to manifest His glory.

There is a different buoyancy and gravity to which the manner in which we experience life here in such a place, and can be liked unto being in water or soaring on the currents of air high and lofty in the skies where all is much different to what we experience on land. Is this connecting with you right now, what I an describing, is there a witness in your spirit this morning?

We are meant and are drawn to live in two realities simultaneously in every moment with every breath we draw. I believe that “all things are possible for one who believes”. (Mark 9:23b ESV). Do you believe God at His Word?

I’m talking about the realm unseen with the physical senses although the physical senses can come on board by faith and align with and agree with the Word of God and thus cooperate. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. This Word is as near as in your mouth and yet you must speak it before it becomes tangible to the senses. Faith and action in tandem is love moving constantly taking “the next step”.

The Spirit of God speaks expressly and continually and hovers over the expanse of the waters in which we live, move and have our being, beckoning our response. This response being cultivated in and drawn by the very love of God, broods over these waters. Being born again from above means being born of water and Spirit; both are essential, experiencing the unseen is being fully surrendered to the Kingdom of God in His righteousness where all things are added unto you. Can you truly declare Jesus as your Beloved and that you are fully His? Answer and ponder this will you, if you can declare that you know this from the depth and core of your very being? You see our believing and our walk turns us on to other realities. Do want to live supernaturally? Then you may. However you must consciously choose and act.

Do not lose heart. “So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.”
(2 Corinthians 4:16-18 ESV) So I say that we cash in the seen trials and afflictions and invest them into the unseen realm of faith. They have not been presented to defeat or destroy you but rather they afford you the opportunity to move beyond that which is greater than you and in the midst of your greatest of trial, test, infirmity, or weakness is the strength of God made perfect. Greater is “He who lives within you” than He who lives in the world. He who the Son sets free is “free indeed”. “For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery. (Galatians 5:1 ESV)

You and I cannot afford to be more human than spiritual. The weight of the glory of God demands it. That which we can’t see demands of us to be more spiritual than we naturally want to be. The only way we can live out the heart and mind of God is to be immersed in the depth and dimension of His love and to choose to live in the unseen. The only way to do so is to is to make sure the seen is not overwhelming the unseen. Allow the unseen to dominate your eyes, your mind, your vision and your heart.

As you become and are so set on seeing the unseen, when God comes to you with a vision of an unseen future, you can have the courage to step into it because you have already grown accustomed to living in that way. Get used to living in the unseen. If we want to bring anything at all to the playing field that counts for eternity then we have to believe in what cannot see.

“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.” (Ephesians 6:12 ESV) Understand from a heavenly perspective. Let this mind be in you that is in Christ Jesus. Your battles are never with people; they are with orchestrated circumstances in the heavenly places unleashed into life and it is your choice as to how to respond to them.

May God restore your determination and fight for the unseen. “But you, beloved, building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life. Now to him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the presence of his glory with great joy, to the only God, our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.”

Moreover it is required in stewards that a man be found faithful. Faithful is literally being “filled up in faith” and this comes by way of being filled up with Holy Spirit. My prayer for you is this shall be so. Run well my friends this race, for only the one who finishes is one who wins in the end, and when all is said and done, may you finish well. Take heart and be of good courage; be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Fight for every dream God has given you! Never, ever give up contending for these.

“In Pursuit with Purpose and Passion”

Most of us at times enter into moments that serve for us to be “reality checks”. These have a way of stopping us in our tracks and examining in a pause just what life may be trying to illuminate to us right now in the moment; right where we are at.

“For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven”. (Ecclesiastes 3:1 ESV)

God set it up this way for everything to be given a time and space in life to be born, come to fruition, serve, and fulfill a distinct purpose and then it comes the time for that to fade and give way for something new to come in and compliment and expand upon that which has been. Every matter under heaven is given this and once fulfilled must be released simply to be what it has been, and now room and time is to opened up and cleared out for something new to have the opportunity to be born, flourish and come to fruition.

How many times do we tend to gravitate toward thinking back to those blessed fulfilling moments of the past that brought us much joy, fulfillment and satisfaction? Sometimes we regard them as our “glory days” and are we not prone to sometimes dwell on them so extensively that we begin to try to recreate them to bring back those feelings that we believe can continue to fulfill us? However what are we truly aspiring for? Is it not to be fulfilled?

Those past moments and times gave us what we allowed ourselves to derive from them. They served that time and place in our lives and now we must cultivate who we have been into reaching and expanding out into something greater than ourselves. Yes, I believe God wired us to always look to something greater than ourselves to multiply ourselves into. I encourage you to read and and spend some time focusing and dwelling on what the 3rd chapter of Ecclesiastes has to say about this process in life.

We can easily and readily grow weary in well doing. We in most cases do not like to have to wait for any aspect of our lives to mature do we? We want “the instant potatoes” that we can mix up quickly in a a bowl from the ingredients out of a box rather than take the organic raw material that can be grown in a garden and mixed in a process of patience, combination of scratch ingredients and physical effort which require time and space to be set aside and allowed for. “Be not weary in well doing for we shall reap if we faint not”, scripture admonishes us.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come”. (2 Corinthians 5:17 ESV) The old must be allowed to pass because the new arrives and seeks to come in. Are we welcoming “that new” into a prepared seedbed so it can take germinate, take root and be propagated into something more than that which has already been or are we trying to rehash back to life that which already been harvested?

A crop that has already grown and matured though its season by nature withers and returns to the ground to be recycled in its period of changing form in it’s dormant season. You get the picture here, right? If you are not living in today, you are looking backwards. It will leave you offended because you perceive that which you don’t have and what was done unto you and what you did not receive and you will keep trying to bring back which is no longer true and part of who you are now and are to become. Don’t get snared in offense; it will paralyze your life expression. I know, I’ve been there and I had to wake up and take in the aroma of the roses now blooming and beckoning me into something greater than me. “Just being me” got old real fast and it was stagnation and had me stalemated. Don’t be stalemated by deception; living in the shame or nostalgia of the past.

May we not get so focused and stuck in our yesterdays and who we have been that we miss the beauty that life awaits to to bring and unleash in us today who and what we are to become. We must cultivate the container of our lives in order to carry and bring forth that which is new and fresh which can always aspire us to reach beyond the limitations we often tend to impose upon ourselves in our minds.

Live to the fullest today, because you do not know what tomorrow will bring.

“I perceived that whatever God does endures forever; nothing can be added to it, nor anything taken from it. God has done it, so that people fear before him. That which is, already has been; that which is to be, already has been; and God seeks what has been driven away”. (Ecclesiastes 3:14-15 ESV)

The journey is more important than the destination. You are always on your way but never arrive. The patience in the process produces a prevailing eternal weight of goodness that will reproduce itself over and over again into continual expansion of something greater and the rewards thereof never end. You finish a race well run because you kept moving and pressing for more with relentless passion. May we live life to the fullest, loving with our utmost greatest and is this not producing the greater glory where everyone wins in the end?
