Life as Real as it Gets

Just the other day I stated on this blog that there are days when life just has a way of coming at you. Yesterday I had an even greater dose of such. A recipe for living life to it’s fullest; it seems for me to be all the more incentive to get even more passionate about what I put my hand to.

I was fully on assignment in what God has given me to do in my state capitol to represent Him and His Kingdom in helping to bring about restoration that helps to maintain His Presence in and around where the seat of government operates out of in the State of Washington. I work quietly behind the scenes choosing to feel very content to remain nameless and faceless because Jesus is all that needs to be seen in me. It is not about me but rather all about Him. I labor in love in the media and arts and entertainment and am building business’ and ministry to be able to carry forth in life what I am very passionately moved and stirred to be about, in life. So in the process of launching out for the most part as an unknown entrepreneur, it is mapping out and laying groundwork to fulfill the walking out of the story that God has written for to fulfill in the the lifetime He has given me to accomplish such.

He brought me out of over a decade of chronic illness which had my life at a nearly complete standstill at times. He then proceeded to restore me to an optimal state of well being which I am currently on my way moving towards. I have been feeling 20 years younger, yet the body needs time to catch up and acclimate and so I pace my self so I can advance. I cover every aspect of my being and what I do with verse and scripture from God’s Word. I read, pray and decree it continually every day and stand on it fully day and night. I breathe it in and out and that Living Word is my continual sustenance and has revolutionalized the reshaping and restructuring of my life and destiny that I am stepping into. It took months of standing in faith seeing very little change before there was physical shifting and then when it came I underwent what I term being radicallly reborn from within my spirit. It was all Jesus that changed me from the inside out.

We see beginning in Ephesians 1:1 that the Father has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in Jesus Christ. Yes, as He has blessed each one of us in Christ with such in the heavenly places which we are to walk out in the earth.

He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before Him. In love He (pre)destined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ.

All according to the purpose of his will, to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved.

In Him we have saving grace through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses according to the riches of his grace.

Which he poured out abundantly upon us, in all wisdom and insight making known to us the mystery of his will.

Which is according to his purpose, which he set forth in Christ as a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth.

In him we have obtained an inheritance, having been (pre)destined according to the purpose of him who works all things according to the counsel of his will.

This all being so that we who were the first to hope in Christ, might “be” to the praise of his glory.

Now getting back to my experience yesterday, I was joyfully and peacefully sitting and walking quietly about my work in mid morning when I began to notice chest pains, weakness on my left side, being light in the head, nausea, disorientation, and changes in my vision in the left eye, fierce headache and pulsing in my head; just to name the highlights of what was occurring, I knew something was not quite right and I needed to get medical attention. So navigating through it all I managed to get to the hospital as the symptoms would come on and then subside so I had the process to work through in a city I don’t currently reside in and I was there pretty much on my own. Long story short; I ended up at the hospital “in my city” with family to join me in support. So the doctors released me to return home and symptoms subsided to some degree. I had a lot of prayer going up for me and I felt it. Now this morning I awoke to find my body somewhat compromised and impaired and my faith and drive all the more at an all time high. I took authority over what is going on in my being with the Word of God and addressed it all specifically and thoroughly and though some of it is still present it shall not halt me in my journey. Adapting and setbacks being par for the course.

At the hospital in the emergency room for 6 hours I was thoroughly checked out fully for cardiac issues and had a Ct scan on my head with chest xray with multiple blood tests and to have all come back negative. I did not actually “feel” all that bad, inspite of all the symptoms presenting. It was just difficult to “function” and navigate. I merely wanted to get to the underlying basis of what was occurring and know that it was not life critical. So I was sent home with no real answers other than to follow up with my doctor which is in the works now.

In light of the Word of God I am unshakable, unmovable and shall always be abounding in the work God has given me to carry out. I may need the hands and feet of the assistance of others to continue to carry forth some of what would be some basics of I normally do myself in the interim; part of that is getting about. Yet today in my work space, which is in my home I will be working with building through media my business’ and ministry aspects of what I am best at as I am able. My heart is still lakeside at Capitol Lake in Olympia and it is amazing what I can achieve though Christ who works within and through me; I can do all things through Him. Hallelujah!

I invite you to continue with me on this personal journey with God if you wish to do so as I am on it for only one purpose and that is to bring forth the glory of Jesus Christ. To Him I give all the glory and praise and in Him I totally have the victory in all things. Every word and promise from Him “YES” and to every YES, Amen! Halleujah! The journey continues!

The Fullness of the All in All

We already have within us everything we need to walk out our divine story that God has written for each and every one of us.

He has blessed us already with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in His son Jesus Christ, who is seated at the right hand of the Father. (Ephesians 1:3)

Being found “in Him” we are brought into completeness in and through the One by whom all things are held together. Through which, every one of us, is invited to be fitly compacted and joined together by that which every one of us as a joint in the body is to supply. You see we all have a part in the process and are never truly experiencing that sense of completeness until we enter into the fullness of actualizing who Jesus is. Beyond the head knowledge it is a heart relationship. He does it all but we must actively participate in that life flowing process. I am very passionately in love with who He is and that is why I write here nearly every day because I cannot keep this to just myself or a select few. I must share this relationship with those I meet along the way.

It is all about Him, Jesus, as He is the center of all things created in the heavens and in the earth and in Him are all things to be brought together in to be experienced as One. Also He desires it to be all about His love for each and every one of us, so it is about us as well in that sense. Isn’t He good? His plan is so perfect and if you are not experiencing that yet then I invite you to stay with me on this personal journey I am having with God.

Every day just gets more enriching, exciting and all encompassing which consumes all of my being and brings me into a sense of fulfillment and completeness that is beyond what my words could ever begin to express. This has to be fully lived out in the best expression of life that is awaiting to burst forth from within as rivers of living water. So I hope you find yourself drawn in as have I. The Presence of Jesus is matchless and beautiful beyond description. Come into the river and you are never the same again!

Blessed in the Father’s Blessing

Blessed is he or she whose delight is in the law of the Lord,
The one who meditates on His law day and night. (Psalm 1:1)

Therefore may our delight be centered in the very essence of “who” He is. Not so much in “what” He can bring. It is “who He is” and how this relates you and I to Him.

And that being rooted in is His love within; for you and I and this was how Jesus was moved to die and take our sin to the cross and then be resurrected victorious over death, hell and the grave.

I shall forever more rejoice that He brought me out of that grave and delivered me from the sentence of death that once held me bound in chains. Shout hallelujah!

Is this not the royal law spoken of in the book of James? Indeed it is. Jesus says that loving Him “in the love” that He loves us and loving our fellow man as ourselves fulfills the law of the Old Testament. This is what it is to be “in Christ” and therefore a new creation. The key is in being “in Him”. To be found more fully “in Him”. This is my heart’s cry for each and every one of us.

How deep and how far does your desire for Him reach right now? Oh, they that hunger and thirst after His righteousness shall be filled! Yet there is no end or limit to which He can fill you and I.

Lift your cup to Him right now and ask Him to fill it to overflowing until your zeal for His Presence overtakes and consumes anything that might stand in the way of such relationship! You and I must decrease so that He may increase.

Oh, that we truly bear His Presence in the earth in greater measure. Let this mind be in you that is in Christ Jesus!

That person is like a tree planted by streams of water,
which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither;
whatever they do prospers. It is in His Presence that our fruitful abundance is to flow. (Psalm 1:3)

May I suggest that we consecrate ourselves to such. This is the day and the hour; why wait another moment? Why delay? There is no place to left be sitting on the fence is there? Consecration towards consummation and be willing to lose ourselves in Him. Oh, run into His arms; will you? His love constrains me to reach out. To whosoever will, open to Him and this invitations extends to all.

A New Song for a New Sound

You may have noticed I haven’t posted for a couple of days. Sometimes life just has a way of coming at us doesn’t it? Such has been the case as over the last few days with me.

I entered new territory that was unfamiliar and so there were levels of uncertainty that surfaced as I sensed the very distinct call of the Lord to step into what looked like revisiting some ground that represented part of my past yet I am seeing that in a very new way, in new light, with new eyes. I was compelled to step into this boldly in a faith level that far surpassed any I have ever walked in previously.

God asks us to come boldly to His throne of grace to find help in time of need. I certainly felt I was in a place of great need being stretched far beyond current resources that appeared to be at hand. It was enough to lead me to believe I was feeling weak and beginning to experience infirmity in my body. Was I up to believing God for the impossible? But God is greater than my than my greatest challenge at hand in the moment. His grace is sufficient.

I had to come to the conclusion that I am God’s “impossible possibility”, in light of the “seen”; through the eyes of man… likely to fail. Failure however is not carrying a sentence of finality. Failure is fuel for the fire as I keep my eye on the prize, as I am in a race that I am determined to finish well. All run but one receives the prize and that is the the one that wins. For me life is a win and one that I press into fully.

Every promise given me of God is true and whatever He asks of me gets a “YES” because I choose to believe and take God at His word explicitly for who He is and who He says that I am and I am a word from God manifested and manifesting. Every promise “YES” and to every yes, Amen! He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him and without faith it is impossible to please Him. (Hebrews 11:6)

So it came down to the realization that it is time to let go of what surmounts to the old standbys of “comfortable and familiar” wherein security has rested confidently for a very long time. It time to embrace what I describe as a “new sound” in my spirit; one that I can no longer refuse or deny because it has become a very pronounced rising call and beckoning, welling up from deep from within. This built up pressure crying for release and when I opened unconditionally in total surrender up sprang forth a river of living water that introduced to me a better version of myself that I must embrace wholeheartedly and choose to be henceforth in every succeeding moment. I now am finding ways to express this sound. I will be sharing some of this in coming days.

I base my premise solely on the Word of God. I pray and decree scripture continually over every point of my being and experience as they are highlighted to my awareness. I pray believing unceasingly until the unseen begins to take shape and form and it always shall but not necessarily in the manner I would naturally choose to perceive it.

So the divine story that God wrote for me now is being unpacked and is rolling out. I am utterly amazed; rather taken by surprise, but God so desires to surprise you and I to ends beyond our wildest imagination. I have realized His Love for me in a way I never knew. I no longer question this and find myself sharing such far and wide as to just how great and majestic and real He is!

An alabaster box represents what is likely a prized possession that we may we offer and surrender to Jesus in an act of total submission. This may be something we have prized because it may consist of what we have deemed to represent what we have been best at and most comfortable and familiar with.

Perhaps it is time to release such; breaking the alabaster box as life poured out to the Master. Allow him to break the box that we have held on to for so long. So why not offer your very best to the Master as the clay that it is and allow the Potter’s hand to mold and shape it into something new?

Would you or I allow what we might value as our very best to be shattered and poured out? When making an offering, should it not come from our very best that one can offer? This reflects excellence. May we always offer only our very best.

It is a new day and may I suggest a new time for a new sound in our expression of how we do life. I wish to invite you to enter in with me in agreeing for such. Will you with me, just stick with these two words; “Yes Lord”? It is time to embrace and step into new lands that await you and I. Amen?

Bearing His Presence

“But will God indeed dwell with man on the earth? Behold, heaven and the highest heaven cannot contain you, how much less this house that I have built! (2 Chronicles 6:18)

“The Lord has said that he would dwell in thick darkness. A darkness so great that only He can fill. Jesus is the Light of the world. The Light that shines in a dark place and the darkness does not comprehend the magnificence of His Presence because it seemingly cannot. Why is such? Because the pursuit thereof would continue into the infinite and know no end. He seeks a place for potential infinite expansion.

Only His Spirit has the capacity to carry such and if you and I are “in Him”, seated in heavenly places in Christ, then one must conclude that if any man be “in Christ” then he is “a new creation” and behold old things pass away that all may become new as in “reborn”.

Our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit so we can only thus conclude “what” you and I are destined for by God. The “what” is one of endless pursuit which is “why” I shall forever run after Him and fall into his arms. This is my Jesus! Behold Him!

His Bride, with a destiny so grand that she meets Him and the two form an an exalted house; a place for her and Him to dwell in forever. The ark of the new covenant? Ponder this; pause or “selah”. which means to think on these things if we may. A great mystery is becoming known. Jesus, Jesus, Jesus!

“For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known.” (1 Corinthians 13:12 ESV)

The Integral Ingredient

The Law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul. From it springs a well deep within, of Living Water wherein man need never thirst again.

Great peace have they who love His Law as nothing shall offend them.

His Law is to be written upon the tablets of the heart;
keeping one from being ensnared in offences.

Why is the Law of the Lord perfect? It is quick and powerful, given by inspiration from the breath of God and is profitable for instruction in right living and course correction that we might be thoroughly furnished unto all good works and it is the standard bearer that stands for all of eternity.

It is to Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind and soul

It is so Love with all of your strength.

It is so love your fellow man as you love your very being

Do you not nourish and care for the body that houses your being?

If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing well. But if you show partiality, you are committing sin and are convicted by the law as transgressors.
For whoever keeps the whole law but fails in one point has become guilty of all of it. So it is to be our anchor point.

The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple. We overcome by the Law of the Lord we carry in our heart coupled by the word of the testimony of our mouth.
Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.

The precepts of the Lord are right, line upon line as general principles intended to regulate behavior or thought perpetuating the rejoicing of the heart. They bear repetition so as to enforce integrity of character.

The commandment of the Lord is pure, as in consistency enlightening the eyes.

The fear of the Lord is clean; enduring forever; as the Love of His Law perfected, all fear is cast out. His Love endures forever.

The rule of Law of the Lord is true and righteous altogether.

More to be desired than gold, even much fine gold, sweeter also than honey
and drippings of the honeycomb.

Moreover, by this we are admonished to keeping this standard steadfast in the heart as therein is great reward.

The Law of Liberty

What does it mean to you to have the Law of God written upon your heart? Note the capital “L” in the Law of God.

The answer to this question we can only arrive at from where the point our relationship to our God stands in this moment.

Your answer will reveal where your heart truly is.

I sense that this “is” a question that God would indeed have us to be able to answer.

So perhaps looking beyond what you and I might initially perceive that this refers to would a wise choice.

“This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”
(Joshua 1:8) Note the “all”. All is not left to chance. It involves conscious choice in every moment.

And the Holy Spirit also bears witness to us; for after saying,
“This is the covenant that I will make with them
after those days, declares the Lord:
I will put my laws on their hearts,
and write them on their minds,”

Through Jesus Christ is fully made the way to fully enter in. The new covenant through His blood is to be given careful and considerable consideration. Meditate upon His Law which reveals to us His heart.

May we fully make way for His presence to dwell within our heart. As He is, so are we do be in this world in which we live.
