Seeds For Faith-filled Foundational Transformation

I want to welcome you to Faith-Filled Foundational Transformation! I’m Brian Molby and have been writing a daily blog since the first of this year which is a chronological journey of a personal journey with God that I have embarked upon.
Do you desire to discover your best and unlock your destiny in 2018?
Are you seeking to be a more refined version of who God created you to be? Do you believe you are destined for more than your current experience? Then you may want to journey with me here. I am on a personal adventure with God and would like to invite you to join me if you wish. I started this group after I noticed that my daily blog posts from the start of this year are following a sequential pattern which seems to be facilitating true transformation.
I am in the process of adding be adding all of these one by one over the next day or two and the series will be laid out so that they may accessed by those who have joined the group. This may be helpful with your personal journey with God which is my purpose for creating this group. I am preparing to publish a book by the same title and in addition there are more facets to this being developed. This can transform a city and surrounding region. So if you find this interesting then please go have a look and keep checking back regularily as material is being expanded daily.

Behold the Expression of the Love of God

So how do we embody this extravagant love that Jesus has for each one of us?

We must “become” such by immersing our very being into “who He is”.

“That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of his sufferings; being made conformable unto his death.” (Philippians 3:10)

May I indeed truly feel him, and have a full experience of being with him. That I totally lose myself in Him until my identity in who I think I am slides off from me and slowly fades away as I surrender and utterly abandon that old identity and lay down all the consistency that made it up.
Yes, I made it all up consisting of who I thought I wanted to be in this world and I tried so very hard to make it work
.
It would not stay afloat in the sea of life and so it took on the weight and tempest of “the sea” which became the opposite of life, which if you spell “live” backwards is “evil”.

I floundered in the storm, tossed to and about with every wave of cunning craftiness and doctrine that was out of alignment with the Word of Truth; the Word of God.

I lost my bearings as the breakers and the waves swept over me.

Some go down to the sea in ships, doing business on the great waters.

They see the deeds of the Lord and his wondrous works in the deep.

For He commands and raises the stormy winds which lift up the waves of the sea.

They mount up to the heavens until they go down unto the depths

Their courage melts away in their evil plight.

They reel and stagger like drunken men and are at their wits’ end.

Then they cry to the Lord in their trouble, and he delivers them from their distress.

He makes the storm be still and the waves of the sea are hushed.

Then they are glad that the waters become quiet and he brings them into their desired haven.
Let them thank the Lord for his steadfast love and
for his wonderful works to the children of man!

The Captain of the sea has to become my surety.

God says in Psalm 2:12 that we “are to “Kiss the Son” and there has been much lost here in meaning as to understanding the words; this must be surrendered.

It has against it the weight of all the ancient versions except for one known as “the Syriac.”

What the Father wants to get across here is we are to love as one “lays hold of discipline”, or “pays pure adoration”, as to “touch the heart as with discernment, therefore “arm yourselves with discipline”.

Love is to be as strong as the persevering drive to see another thrive as the bite of death is to life; to be unconditionally ready and willing to sacrificially give toward another’s wellbeing to help them to reach for their very best. As I help them to reach their highest level of fulfillment it is part of bringing to me my ultimate fulfillment.
(Song 8:6-7)

Hereafter the verses I point to shall reference (The Song of Solomon as “Song”.

Throughout the Song of Solomon, the lovers speak to each other using vibrant imagery that richly evokes all the senses and powerfully conveys their love.

They also have challenges, however, in the form of obstructions (1:6, 2:15, 8:9), missed encounters (3:1-2,5:6-8, 6:1-2), and even violence (5:7).

Despite these, the overall expression of the book is joyous and life affirming. The perception of the Songs of Songs as a story of human love is relatively recent.

For much of the Song of Songs, human love is an intimate affair, replete with personal reference.

Love is as strong as death and passion as fierce as the grave.

What does it mean for love and death to be compared to in this way?

Does it not death’s gravity illustrate the tension between love and death?

The tension between love and death frequently tempts Western cultural imagination.

Whatever love is, it is so potent that even a flood cannot consume it. So do not be tempted to trade it for anything, even, great wealth. It does not match the greatest things of the material world.

For God so loved the world that He sacrificially gave His only begotten Son. (John 3:16)

That we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him. Beloved, we are God’s children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is. And everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure. (1 John 3:2)

Behold what Manner of Love is This?

It seems that God wants us to fully grasp what true and pure love really is. In the minds of many, that concept has become rather skewed from what God originally intended.

May we see just what manner of love the Father has given to us, that we should walk out our lives “as we have been called as “children of God”; and so we are.

The Spirit of God helps us in the midst of where we are in our flesh weak.

For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us; with a “groaning” that is too deep for words.

He who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.

And we know that for those who love God, that all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28)

The reason why those who do not “know” God do not understand the “things” of God is because they do not “know Him”

Also the person who does not know Him does not accept the things of the Spirit, for they appear as foolishness, and they are not able to understand because the words of God are spiritually discerned. (1 Corinthians 2:14)

See what manner of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are.

We are to live as God’s children “now” in the very lives that we live and right where we live them out.

Not just when we are attending church but at home, in the market place and everywhere in between.

We are created to be the very reflection of the character of the One who created us.

What “we will be” in the end has not yet come to fruition but we know that when He, (Christ Jesus) reappears when He returns, “then” we shall be perfect in Him fully, as we will take on incorruptible new bodies as we shall physically see Him “as He is”.

For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known. (1 Corinthians 13”12)

Meanwhile we are to walk as close to the likeness of Jesus as we possibly can.

He that hopes in God, purifies himself as He is pure. 1 John 3:1-3)

See what manner of love the Father has given to us. (I John 3:1) May we take a look at this as we ponder just how much and how deeply the Father loves you and I. What manner of love indeed!

So how shall we address a love so grand? “What” must we overcome in order to grasp and thus understand this?

If God is for us, who then can be against us? You and I have His written Word which we must in our identity become one with.

Read, pray and decree it until who you are aligns with it, to the extent that you become it; His Living Word, flowing out of your very being as rivers of living water.

As you and I come to the extent where we are flowing in such, “then” we shall, never ever thirst in life again.

We must commune in intimate fervent love constantly with the One (Jesus) who laid down His very life to redeem you and I from the chains and bondage of that which seeks to hold our human nature captive. Such love is what breaks those chains.

And can it be that I may gain such an interest and deep appreciation in the Savior’s shed blood for me?

He laid down His very life for me, the one who caused His pain.

He took all of that on for me, who unto his own death upon His cross went all the way so He could pursue and love me?

Amazing love, how can it be that you my God, truly died for me?

Yes, such amazing love! how can is it be that you, my God, paid such a price for me?

So who or what shall separate us from such love; the love of Christ?

Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword?

As it is written,“For your sake we are being killed all the day long;
we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.”

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

First of all we cannot grasp the love of the Father until we are fully in love with His Son, Jesus. “No one can come to Jesus unless the Father who sent Him, draws him.” (John 6:44)

All to Jesus I surrender; all to Him I do freely give.

I will endlessly love and trust Him, and in His Presence daily live.

All to Jesus I surrender, humbly at His feet do I bow.

Worldly pleasures fall away, take me, Jesus, take me into Your stay.

All to you my blessed Savior, may I forever there remain.

I am Yours and You are mine; Holy Spirit fill me up in joy sublime.

Knowing Your power and that You are mine.

Behold He Comes

Lift up your heads O you mighty gates!

Be lifted up, you everlasting doors.

The King of Glory beckons to come in.

And who is this great and mighty King you ask?

Why He is the King of glory!

I awoke this morning out of the deepest of slumber

And why is this you ask, as you behold and wonder?

Because for two days I can do nothing but praise that Name!

What name, you ask? Why the Name above all Names!

His name is Jesus; you know; the One who came.

Immanual, God with us, and always for us.

Why surely you must know Him too?

I can’t close my eyes to sleep or rest for more than an hour or two.

Then He calls unto me and oh my Heart He does woo.

I arise out of my slumber;

Ah yes, don’t you see Him too?

Why how can you miss Him?

In his majestic Presence the night comes ablaze as I gaze out my window and the hedges are ablaze with a sparkly mist that nestles within the leaves.

Twinkle, twinkle little star, there are just so many of you hiding in there; in that hedge, whoever you are.

Come out, come out from wherever you are.

How is it I can see all of you dancing in the midst of the scene?

How can you all even begin to hide, for I see you?

You all shine and sparkle because He is here and behold He comes!

Look up look up yonder, for he is about to split the eastern sky.

Oh, all you son and daughters, come unto the waters, come unto to the waters.

Oh don’t you hear it, oh don’t you hear it?

The sound of many waters, the sound of many waters?

Rising in crescendo, rising in crescendo.

Descending from the shadows, descending from the shadows.

All arise ascending, oh a dance is just beginning,

As I behold, the night of my soul is ending.

Because my King is coming and the night into day is blending

Coming on the clouds, coming on the clouds

Every problem in my life to Him must bow.

Every sickness falls from my being as the dew of the night drips from my brow.

As great drops of milk and honey slowly cascade their way unto the ground,

I stand in pools of the most refreshing sweetest fragrance ever,

Rising from the ground, rising from the ground.

Spring up oh well in me, spring up oh well to free,

All that rises up in me, a rising swell to forever be.

Encompasses all that every eye can see

A River of love flows and sweeps through me

Ever so mighty, ever so free

A balmy presence now envelopes me

As I float upon a beckoning sea.

Shining from glory to glory, for you and me

The Lily of the valley, is here you see

Resting in His bosom are you and me,

Resting from our labours and mighty endeavors

Are now we are free, yes we are free indeed.

The King has come, why don’t you see

That He came and gave His All for you and me.

So that all of this you and I of can be truly free

Ever so truly, forever set free, yes you and I as one can be.

That is the way it was destined to be!

He gave His all for you and me.

Forever free, for all of eternity

I can only but sing of His love forever

Overshadows my every endeavor.

Just now beginning, I shall sing of His love forever

How can it be, how can it be that one so sweet, gave His all for me?

His precious Being was poured out for me

That is why every eye shall see, that the King of glory comes for you and me.

How can they not, for He is here for all of eternity.

So now I can only but sing, of the one who gave his all for me.

The crescendo rises with many voices proclaiming

Joy to the world our Lord has come!

Let earth receive her King!

The glories of His righteousness

To Him, my all I bring.

Laying it all at His feet, my very best I bring

To the one I love, the matchless of ten thousand

He is the One, to whom I must cling.

All is well my soul, as to Him my soul does sing!

Forever more to Him, shall my praises ring.

My Prayer for You in 2018

As I pondered what I have so far entered on this blog over the last few days I thought I should pause and offer up a prayer for each and every one of us today.

For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named. May that be each and every one of us of us. Encompassing every son and every daughter.

That according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being.
And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19)

So that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith;
That you, be rooted and grounded in love, therefore receive Christ Jesus the Lord, and so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving. (Colossians 2:6-7)

May you have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

Heaven Touching Earth:Kingdom Principles

We are called to bring heaven to life. None have attained to the true standard of life who do not live heavenly. Blessed are they that discover so. It is God’s ideal life for man. In His sermon on the Mount, Jesus said “Not everyone that says unto me, Lord, Lord, will enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that does the will of my Father which is in heaven.” Nothing but doing the will of God will truly give man a taste of heaven, and whosoever does His will lives heavenly. The kingdom of heaven is within you. To enter your life into experiencing it we are to walk it out in the earth where we live out our everyday life.

In teaching His disciples how to pray, Jesus said, “After this manner therefore are you to pray; “ Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.” When the will of God is done in earth as it is in heaven, then earth becomes counterpart of heaven.

Wherever you see anyone doing the will of God, there you will most certainly behold a heavenly life.

If you will carefully and prayerfully seek God with His Word as your roadmap for what you passionately love investing your life into you will discover how to know the will of God and walk it out.

There is a precious secret in knowing the will of God. It has been said that “The secret of the Lord is with them that fear him.” And again, “His secret is with the righteous.” Yes, it is given to us to know the will of God and the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven. There is a close fellowship between Christ Jesus and His trusting child. There is a most intimate and blessed communion.

Jesus came to earth. ” The night in which He was born, an angel announced, “I bring you good tidings of great joy.”* Then immediately, a multitude of the heavenly host shouted, “On earth peace, good will toward men.

The bringing of great joy to man was God’s good will to man. Grace means favor, but such favor as brings gladness to the heart of man. This grace that brings joy to the life of man teaches him of a life that corresponds with joy. Joy is found only in heavenly living. In no other plane of life will man find joy.

What do I live for? To have my life be instrumental in helping bringing heaven to earth; in practicality serving from the Love of God in my heart through my daily life doing what I passionately love. I pour back out from what He pours in. Whosoever drinks of the water that Jesus pours into them will never thirst. Out of the belly then flow rivers of living water. This waters the hearts and lives of those who God wants to touch through me. Their thirst is then quenched when they are met through Him working through the unfolding process of my walking out the story God has written for me. It is what is termed a “triple win”. I win, those I serve win and the Will of God wins; a quote from William Winship of PORTACLE, someone I collaborate with.

Do you see how simple it is to live out the story God has written for you to walk out? And in so doing you can live in fullness of joy and this is living on purpose and absolutely fulfilled.

How Sweet the Sound

As I ponder a great shifting deep within my being that has been under way the last several days that pulls at my heart with great intensity, I can only but rest in how expansive the grace of God is in my life.

This week I felt myself captured and enveloped in what feels like a gravity well of a mighty extensive river of His matchless magnificent love that simply reaches beyond what my mind can even comprehend.

It is a love that I cannot find words enough to express its endless capacity that just gives what I would say is infinite supply.

In my heart I feel as though no matter who I look at; wherever I am, that I can no longer hold feelings of regarding them as an enemy.

There is deep compelling call beckoning me to simply love them for where they are, as they are. I wonder sometimes where they are at and what story are they walking out in the moment and how can I meet them in some way at perhaps some of the crossroads in their life that may be challenging to them in the moment?

I am not dwelling as much on my own concerns any longer and that opens me up to find my heart opening toward their well being. I seem to find myself embracing a preference of “doing nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility counting others more significant than myself.’ (Philippians 2:3)

Most of my life I have longed for and sought to fill an empty place in my heart that could never be met. Until this week I seemed to often seek affirmation from others and desired that they would recognize me as significant to them and offer acknowledgement that I was bringing something to the table in my world that was valuable to them. I even at times had in some instances exaggerated some of my experiences in my conversations to seek their approval. I find myself now letting go of such mindsets and releasing them. The dull aching longing of an empty sense of loneliness has dissipated into like a vapor that has faded away. It has been replaced by a sense of fullness coming from my Lord and Savior Jesus as He seeks to hold my attention and draw me ever so near that therein is all I now need and I find it more than fulfilling. It is compelling and irresistible, a relationship like no other. Before this week that was something I had to work at in some instances and ended up being more of a mental generated effort. I lived too much in my head; but no longer.

My Jesus has changed all of that over the last several days and that is simply beyond amazing. His love is matchless, magnificent and He is so majestic in so many ways. He surprises me at many a turn and amazes me beyond degree. I awaken at moments in the night to simply embrace the very drawing of His presence.

There is something about saying His name repeatedly as I am captured in such moments. The name above all names, He is. Truly now I can say from the very depths of my being that “His banner over me is love” and this is more than the words because He truly prepares a table before me that is beyond any dining experience I have ever encountered. That my friends, is how we come to have no enemies in our life. It is a process that only the Master can do. I cannot conjure it up on my own.

I left everything at the cross this past week at His feet. I laid it all down without reservation and with no conditional degree. I gave it all to Him and let it go and now I am free. Yes, so free indeed. I have not arrived but I am moving toward Him continually. I came just as I was. Even though He initially redeemed my life from the pit of sin and shame back in 1978 I never truly knew Him to the extent that I know Him today. I used to “seek a certain way of feeling”; now I live in a sense of “being”. A constant continuity of what I brfore had to generate. Being pursued accentuates pursuit; amazing how that works!

I feel as though I am in need of nothing now because to me He is actualized as the source of all things and He is to me the Life Giver and with Him, in Him and through Him comes all things. This is my story and my song, which I sing all the day long and He dwells in the praises that to Him I bring. Talk about being reborn…again, my life is certainly on a new highway!
