The Love of God Present and Real

The Gospel of Jesus Christ was never meant to be complicated simply due to the fact it is a declaration and expression of the fullness of God’s love for you and I. This is not intended to be made into an abstract concept. Let us look at what God says in 1 John 4 and see what we may take away from allowing His Light thereof to fill us.

So why is this so easily placed out of reach to where we find ourselves feeling beyond His reach and touch?

He is very real and present in every moment; and is constant and merely longs for us to allow that penetration of His Presence to envelop the very essence of our being; who, what and all that we are.

These last couple of days all I have been able to do is to bask in the reality of His love and allow Him to overtake and consume anything that has been allowed to keep His presence from filtering in and become translucent into the very essence of what makes the expression of who I am a very present actuality.

I have been taking on a new identity as I believe and embrace more fully the divine story that He has written for me to walk out; living, moving and having my being in and out through a revelation of who Jesus is and what the expression of my relationship with him longs to express and declare.

As I more fully love who I am in Him, actualizing who I am with and through Him, I must be the same with everyone I meet along the way in the course of my day.

Therefore I conclude, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God.

Anyone who does not love, does not truly know God, because God is love.

In this, the love of God was made manifest among us, as God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live and thus love through him. There is no greater purpose or ideal to live for.

In this is love. Not that we have loved God but that he loved us.

He sent his Son to be the bearer our sins so that we need not live under that immense weight.

If God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

No one has ever seen God; “if” we love one another, God abides in us and this love is perfected in us. Yes, made perfect. Love is thus a choice and not a feeling we wait for to arise within us. We choose to receive God’s love fully and give it fully and freely to Him, to ourselves and to each other; equally and unconditionally.

By this, we know that we are to be in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit. And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son Jesus to be the Savior of the world.

Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God and abides in him, and he in God, has discovered his or her reason for being.

So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.

By this, His love is perfected with us, so that we may have confidence.

As he is so also are we in this world. There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear.

May we choose to live within the clarity of what we have given; the gift of life “in Him”.
