The Law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul. From it springs a well deep within, of Living Water wherein man need never thirst again.
Great peace have they who love His Law as nothing shall offend them.
His Law is to be written upon the tablets of the heart;
keeping one from being ensnared in offences.
Why is the Law of the Lord perfect? It is quick and powerful, given by inspiration from the breath of God and is profitable for instruction in right living and course correction that we might be thoroughly furnished unto all good works and it is the standard bearer that stands for all of eternity.
It is to Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind and soul
It is so Love with all of your strength.
It is so love your fellow man as you love your very being
Do you not nourish and care for the body that houses your being?
If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing well. But if you show partiality, you are committing sin and are convicted by the law as transgressors.
For whoever keeps the whole law but fails in one point has become guilty of all of it. So it is to be our anchor point.
The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple. We overcome by the Law of the Lord we carry in our heart coupled by the word of the testimony of our mouth.
Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.
The precepts of the Lord are right, line upon line as general principles intended to regulate behavior or thought perpetuating the rejoicing of the heart. They bear repetition so as to enforce integrity of character.
The commandment of the Lord is pure, as in consistency enlightening the eyes.
The fear of the Lord is clean; enduring forever; as the Love of His Law perfected, all fear is cast out. His Love endures forever.
The rule of Law of the Lord is true and righteous altogether.
More to be desired than gold, even much fine gold, sweeter also than honey
and drippings of the honeycomb.
Moreover, by this we are admonished to keeping this standard steadfast in the heart as therein is great reward.
